- Point the visual-tester subagent at zai/glm-5.3-flash instead of glm-5.1
- Reindent agent/settings.json and add subagent model overrides for scout and context-builder on glm-5.3-flash
- Ignore generated mcp-onboarding.json and models-store.json artifacts
- Symlink the gh-stack skill into agent/skills
